The picture is excellent. A little grainy sometimes and the flesh tones look a little too dark, but these are minor flaws and can be overlooked. Some of the shots of Rajesh Khanna appear to be soft filtered.
Sound
The sound is clear, but nothing outstanding. Some hiss is apparent, but it is very unnoticable.
Menu/Extras
DEI has taken the time to put an outstanding animated menu here. The opening of the menu, which is the word "Anand" blazing across the screen, gets annoying because you have to sit through it every time you want to access the menu. An also available screen is provided. English subtitles are recorded, but there are quite a few grammatical errors. The only song that is subtitled is "Na Jiya Laage Na."
Overall
This disc is a great buy. DEI, which is known for churning out good DVDs, has put out another one. DEI, by the way, used to be partners with Eros International.
