Horrible picture. Looks like it was taken from a bad VHS tape.
Colors are faded and there is lots of artifacting. Sigh, this movie was supposed to be so colorful. Undermatted at 1.85:1, from the original 2.66:1, many shots look butchered. People are cut from the screen, people end up at the very edge of the screen, it looks awful. If they would at least pan and scan it, instead of leaving it in the middle, it might have been acceptable.
Sound
The sound is fair, but it sounds muffled or distorted at times. The company had the audacity to put a Dolby Digital trailer at the beginning, which they probably copied from a demo or test DVD.
Menu/Extras
There are no extras here and the menu is lackluster. The only options are to play the movie, select songs, and play part 2. Quite bland.
Overall
This is one major disappointment. I expected something better for this film, but surprise, surprise, this is another bad DVD. I had a feeling that it would be bad just by looking at the cover and I was even a little apprehensive about opening the shrink wrap. Go with the VCD if you must have this movie.
